This internship is a part of the Placement Slovakia program organizing professional internships for foreign higher education students in Slovakia within Erasmus+ program. All applying candidates have to be confirmed to receive an Erasmus+ learning agreement for traineeships, provided by their higher education institution covering the whole internship period.

Position description:
The trainee will be located in one of the fastest growing department within our entity. This department is the most interactive when it comes to communication with our drivers, fleet service partners and other entities. If you would like to understand the core of the Business Model, than Driver Desk is the best place to start.
Your main objection will be:
• Supporting Teamleaders and Head of Department with their daily tasks coming from operation
• Mapping and analysing the effectivity of set KPIs and department targets
• Assisting with updates of working instructions
• Preparing reports for servicing countries
• Attending country calls, updating meeting minutes
• Support the team in preparing & organizing internal workshops
• Take part in internal meetings
Qualifications:
• Higher education student in a economics/finance field
• English at C level
• Good presentation & communication skills, people oriented attitude
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking & flexibility
• Good command of MS Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Focus on Customer Service
• Enthusiasm to learn & explore – we can teach you all of the above, if you are willing to learn
Knowledge and skills the trainee can learn during the internship:
• You will gain good insight into call centre / customer support area in highly professional environment
• Understanding country / mentality uniqueness of Customer care business
• You will gain a solid overview on corporate reporting, dashboard presentation, efficiency
• You will develop or improve their organisational skills by preparing and taking part in various workshops, trainings & meetings in an international environment
• You will be working within the multilingual team of over 35 specialist and interact with different entities within the Europe
