This internship is a part of the Placement Slovakia program organizing professional internships for foreign higher education students in Slovakia within Erasmus+ program. All applying candidates have to be confirmed to receive an Erasmus+ learning agreement for traineeships, provided by their higher education institution covering the whole internship period.

Position description:
Comprehensive administrative management:
- registration of suppliers
- drafting initial contracts based on existing templates
- scheduling calls with suppliers and contract managers, support in solving problems, clarifying ambiguities
- checking received documents from suppliers
- active organization of supplier database
- email and telephone communication in French and English
Qualifications:
• Student of Economics, Business or Law
• Good English + French language
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task
