Červený Kameň Castle

Plavecký Castle

Plavecký Castle stands high on a rocky hill in the Little Carpathians, where its bright walls can be seen from far away. Vršatec Cliffs

Vršatec Castle stands high on the limestone cliffs of the White Carpathians, that rewards you with panoramic views. Not for the faint-hearted – but absolutely worth it, especially in autumn colours.Built in the Middle Ages, it once protected the borders of the Kingdom of Hungary. Although only ruins remain today, the castle is a popular place to visit. A short walk from the village of Vršatské let you enjoy the sceneric through historical atmosphere.

Lúčanský Waterfall

Lúčky Waterfall is one of Slovakia's most special waterfalls because it is located right in the middle of the village of Lúčky. The 12-metre-high waterfall flows over beautiful travertine rocks into small pools below. It is one of only five waterfalls in Slovakia that have been named a National Natural Monument, making it a great place to enjoy both nature and a unique piece of the country's natural heritage. Čičmany

Čičmany is one of Slovakia’s most famous villages, known for its traditional wooden houses decorated with beautiful white folk patterns.
