We are pleased by your interest in Erasmus+ internship in Slovakia with us. However before applying, please make sure you are eligible for this programme:

• You have confirmed to receive an Erasmus+ learning agreement for traineeships provided by your higher education institution, idealy with the Erasmus financial grant. We can organize traineeship for you only based on the Erasmus+ traineeship agreement.
• The minimum duration of our internships is 5 months. Your Erasmus traineeship agreement has to cover the whole internship period.
• If you are a Non EU citizen, currently studying in EU country, you have to be holding a Visa/ Schengen residency permit allowing you to travel within the Schengen zone. Your visa/Schengen residency permint has to be valid for the whole duration of your stay in Slovakia.

Please mind that it is necessary in the moment of applying to our programme you have granted from your Erasmus coordinator, that in case of securing an internship in Slovakia you will get the Erasmus+ traineeship agreement with financial grant. Please confirm this with your Erasmus+ traineeship coordinator before applying!

INTERNSHIPS REQUIREMENTS:

• You are able to stay at the internship for a minimum of 5 months, (can be longer)
• You are eligible to get the Erasmus+ traineeship agreement from your school for the whole traineeship duration. (minimum of 5 months),
• You have Erasmus+ financial grant or other sources to cover your living costs during the traineeship apart of accommodation, which is provided free of charge,
• You meet the specific requirements stated at the internship position specification.

Our selection process is simple and similar to the selection process as applying for the real job. So going throght our selection is your 1st learning experience in preparation for the real labour market!

1. Application

You can apply online by filling in the online application form. The application process involves three stages:

• Entering basic personal information
• Answering internship-specific questions, stating your preferences
• Uploading your CV

2. Review

We will evaluate your application and if you fulfill all the requirements and we see the matching opportunity, we will contact you to arrange an initial interview.

3. First online interview

The initial interview will be conducted by us. In case you apply for a certain internship vacancy, we will examine your competencies and skills required for the position and we will give you basic information about the placement. If you don’t have a specific position in mind, we will ask you about your skills and traineeship preferences. This is to help us find the perfect internship match for you. If you are successful at this stage, we will arrange another interview for you with the host company.

4. Second online interview

The second interview will be conducted by the representant of the proposed host company. You will have the chance to find out more details about the position offered and the tasks you will complete during the internship, in turn the company will assess your professional suitability for the position. After this interview, we will inform you about the result. If you are selected and you accept the offer, we will proceed with organisation of your internship.

5. Selection/Organising your traineeship

At this stage, the Erasmus+ documents are finalized and we will start organising your internship, accommodation and prepare for your arrival. Read more about this on the What we offer page.
