This internship is a part of the Placement Slovakia program organizing professional internships for foreign higher education students in Slovakia within Erasmus+ program. All applying candidates have to be confirmed to receive an Erasmus+ learning agreement for traineeships, provided by their higher education institution covering the whole internship period.

Position description:
• Supports Finance Team on various standard Reports and Tasks
• Preparing monthly and quarterly Financial Reports and Review PowerPoints
• Ensure Financial Reports are delivered on a timely, accurate manner and in high quality
• Support the monthly Forecast process for all EMEA countries / markets
• Provide explanations and bridge Reports an key business drivers based on Financial Results
• Support and provide recommendations on actions to improve Reporting and Business Outlook
• Independently drive actions with respective stakeholders
• Ensure good quality and in-depth analysis (Financial & Operation) to support recommendations for business decisions
• Support the annual Budget & Financial Planning
• Drive ad hoc projects relevant for the re-engineering of processes and to support any changes in business models
• Collaborate with the respective functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Control, Geo & Region Finance) to provide the support to ensure the
efficiency of processes and a strong control posture.
Qualifications:
• Higher education student of Finance or Business/Economics field
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Tools
• Fluent English
Knowledge and skills the trainee can learn during the internship:
Prepare, analyze and examine accounting records and financial statements to ensure accuracy; review the company's systems and analyze risks; maintain accounting
records and prepare accounts and management information; perform tests to verify financial information and systems; record client and payment information and
follow up with companies and clients that have passed the deadline on or before the specified date. Additionally, utilize fiie technologies and computer applications
for administrative management, accounting and fiscal operations, identify taxes and accounting regulations and gain knowledge of certain aspects af the tax
settlement.
